Directions:

In small bowl, combine milk and eggs.

In shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, pepper, and salt. In another shallow dish, add almond meal.

Roll cod sticks into almond meal, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.

Place coated cod sticks in air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 F for 12 minutes. Shake basket half way through.

Serve and enjoy.

1 lb can red salmon, drained and mashed

½ bunch parsley, chopped
